In this role you will:

  • Work closely with SME Finance Group leadership team to identify hiring needs (from marketing to IT) and hold all managers to a high-quality standard;
  • Identify and attract top-performing professionals to fill job openings across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team;
  • Take hands on experience of conducting detailed interviews to discover the candidate’s suitability;
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes & procedures, handbooks, various HR policies, and cultural core values while achieving business goals. Continuous review/ updates when essential;
  • Maintain the compensation process to achieve internal parity (including gathering data,benchmarking etc.), serving as an active advisor/support for managers in compensation proposal;
    Create and execute all learning and personal development initiatives and help drive a high-performance mindset that focuses on constant career development and growth;
  • Enable the efficient and effective onboarding, off boarding, data management, data integrity and compliance;
  • Set up and lead all employees performance review cycles in order to deliver OKRs;
  • Support and execute company’s cultural events and development programmes/initiatives relating to, for example, well-being, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, recognition, etc.;
    Proactively stay up to date on fintech industry trends, constantly researching andrecommending best practices to create innovative sourcing & recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications is a plus;
  • At least 4 year’s experience in a relevant role (HR field) in a dynamically growing 50+ employee company or recruitment agency or corporation in financial industry;
  • Hands-on experience in creating talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning in a dynamically growing company;
  • Experience in leading and creating winning teams, in an effort to deliver OKRs;
  • Demonstrate ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment;
  • Detail oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence change &process improvements;
    Ability to maintain confidential information and demonstrate tact, discretion and good judgement;
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of „FinTech“ (would be beneficial);
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian (Russian language would be beneficial).
