Call center specialist

Job description: 

– Manage large amounts of outgoing calls, organize meetings, generate sales leads; 

– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents; 

– Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas; 
– Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner. 

– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies; 

Call center specialist requirements:   

– Excellent communication skills with the clients in verbal and written form; 

– Good knowledge of English language (Russian language would be beneficial); 

– Bachelor or higher degree in Economics, Communications, Marketing, Business or any other related filed; 

– At least a year of experience in the same or similar work area; 

Call center specialist job can be combined with his/her studies

Sales project manager

Job description: 

– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; 

– Active sales to business clients; 

– Representing company, products, service; 

 Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management. 

– Achieve all KPI plans (contracts, sales portfolio and etc.)  

Sales project manager job requirements: 

– Must have experience in active sales; 

– Strong banking and financial services background, at least 3+ years of experience in finance industry; 

– Good knowledge in English language (Russian language would be beneficial); 

– Excellent communication skills with the clients in verbal and written form; 

– Bachelor or higher degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Economics or any other related filed; 

– Must be self-motivated and driven for success 

Full stack IT developer

In this role you will:


– Support and develop modern Back-Office financial system

– Work as In-house dev team/team-leads for extended outsourced development

-Write and perform automated tests

– Integrate systems and DB via API

Basic requirements:

– JAVA/Kotlin

– Dockers+Kubernetes;

– Fluent English (at least in written)

– REST API


Additional requirements (would be an advantage)

– Microservice architecture

– PostgreSQL

– GCP

– Experience in automated QA

– Fluent spoken English

– Experience in development and support of financial IT systems

Business analyst

In this role you will:

– Analyse business requirements

– Prepare functional requirement for Back-Office financial system development team

– Test the results

Basic requirements:

– Analytical skills in Business processes and/or IT systems

– Fluent English (at least in written)

Additional requirements (would be an advantage)

– BPMN

– Experience in FRD writing

– Experience in QA (UAT)

– Fluent spoken English

Trainee

Job description: 

– Assist with the sales for the sales project manager; 

– Take part in meetings with existing and new clients; 

– Deal with any customer queries, complaints and resolve issues; 

– Organize and update customers data and information; 

– Follow all company’s policies and procedures; 

Assistant of sales project manager requirements:   

– Good knowledge in English language (Russian language would be beneficial); 

– Excellent communication skills with the clients in verbal and written form; 

– Bachelor or higher degree in Economics, Communications, Marketing, Business or any other related filed; 

– Must be self-motivated;
